This is the second time that the itinerant BID arrived in Uruguay. In this edition, the selection criteria carried out by the admission committee and the international jury took into account concepts of sustainability, innovation, emotional quality, experimental challenge, environmental impact, understanding, coherence and social sensitivity.

A selection of the most outstanding Spanish and Uruguayan works from the fourth edition of the BID14 Ibero-American Design Biennial is presented within the framework of the design program that the CCE maintains throughout the year together with the CDU (Cámara de diseño del Uruguay). A unique opportunity to see the most innovative design and talk with the designers who will be present at the inauguration.
We will also have the opportunity to see the different objects and pieces of the national designers who were selected to participate!
The exhibition is organized by DIMAD (Asociación Diseñadores de Madrid) and the Uruguayan IDB Advisory Committee is composed of Alvaro Heinzen, José de los Santos and Rossana DeMarco.

Organized by DIMAD, and by the Cultural Center of Spain in Montevideo. The exhibition will be inaugurated on June 15 in the framework of Design Month organized by the Chamber of Design of Uruguay.
