The BID seeks to reflect and debate on new production models, new uses of materials, new business and entrepreneurship models, proposals for social integration and training of young people and future professionals.<\/p>\n

Processes, interpretations, experiences and ways of thinking society and living in it from the design from the will of the collective.<\/p>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]The themes-axes in which we have an impact are innovation, experimentation, entrepreneurship, sustainability, creativity, new ideas, development, citizen participation, technological research, design for all, social inclusion, cooperation.<\/p>\n

We are interested in Design because of its capacity for transformation, creative and cultural value and its capacity to provide solutions to problems. Design associated with the search for ways to develop new economic activities, with criteria of sustainability and experimentation.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=\u00bb1\/2″][\/vc_column][vc_column width=\u00bb1\/2″]

THE CALL<\/h4>[vc_column_text]The call to participate in the IDB18 will be open until June 30, 2018.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In this period of time we will be receiving applications from designers, companies and design studios to participate in the 6th edition of the Ibero-American Design Biennial.<\/p>\n

<\/div>[vc_column_text]With this award, the BID wishes to highlight the importance of the R&D+design binomial and how it generates new opportunities for the best ideas, both scientific and creative.<\/p>\n

The creation of the Research and Design award at the Ibero-American Design Biennial will allow discovering, stimulating and disseminating the best practices of interaction between Design and Research in innovative activity.<\/p>\n

The total inscription fee is 260 euros, divided between two phases. The fee for the first inscription is 60\u20ac (tax included), to cover the administration fees associated with application process.<\/p>\n

The fee for the second inscription will only be paid if the project is selected. This fee is 200\u20ac (VAT included).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Those interested can benefit from a discount for belonging to design associations and as members of DIMAD.[\/vc_column_text]

\n20 July\/ 2018:<\/strong>Selection results, from this date the participants will be informed of the result of the selection process.

\nNovember 26th to 30th \/ 2018:\u00a0<\/strong>BID inaugural week 18
\n– Inauguration of the exhibition at the Central de Dise\u00f1o in Matadero Madrid, Spain.
